Timber Creek is characterised by the western hillslopes and aims to take advantage of the unique terrain. This area is intended to accommodate residential development that considers the topography in this area.

Residential development is intended to be of a ‘rural-residential’ nature with houses on largesized lots. Considerable thought must be given to the ecological values, landscape character and visual quality of the hillslopes during the design phase.

This precinct is in the design phase and will not be released for several years.
