Forest Mountain is characterised by the western hillslopes of Cairns and therefore encompasses a large portion of the western area of Paradise Palms Resort & Country Club. This area aims to take advantage of residential living emcompassing a magnificent backdrop of rainforest clad mountains.

Development in this area is intended to be of a ‘residential’ nature with houses on large-sized lots as well as traditional housing on standard sized lots. Considerable thought must be given to the ecological values, landscape character and visual quality during the design phase. This will be an exclusive 19 lot development.

These lots are currently in the design phase and we anticipate a release in the middle of 2010.
